We worked with an established leader in the AI space to build a global learning strategy for their growing organization. With dynamic teams across six continents, we were tasked with creating an approach to performance enablement that incorporated long-standing learning traditions with new ways to connect with learners across departments. Competency Development
This client asked us to develop an entirely new performance management structure for ~5,000 employees in both field and HQ segments, for their retail/tech organization. Utilizing their existing purpose and values, we created the 10-5-1 competency model, which introduced 10 new competencies to the company that scaled up and across the various roles and responsibilities in each department. Deliverables included Organizational Interviews,Compensation Restructure, Role Review and Redefinition, Competency Development, Manager Evaluation Process Ddesign, 360 Review Process Design, Electronic Submission Form Creation, as well as Data Collection and Reporting Process design.
