Additionally, we facilitate bespoke and pre-packaged learning activations including training, skill intensives, workshops, retreats, and other learning based events.
LMS
Kailearn knows its way around an LMS or many. Our team has handled selection, integration, user testing, reconfiguration, and more. We have experience with all of the top learning management systems including: Docebo, iSpring, Oracle, Absorb, Cornerstone, Blackboard, and more.
Psychometric Assessments
We’re big fans of professional development through personal awareness. That’s where psychometric assessments come in. We’ve worked with a number of companies to administer some of the top workplace assessments including 16 Personalities, DISC, Insights Discovery, and StrengthsFinder. We’ve also facilitated individual, team, and executive workshops on the insights gleaned from these assessments, and provided consultation on how to roll those insights into their larger people strategy.
Project Management
